Welcome to Casa de Mariquita

We are Sven and Jessie and we would like to welcome you to our beautiful holiday home. Casa de Mariquita is located in Santiago de la Ribera, an originally authentic, charming fishing village, belonging to San Javier, about a 50-minute drive south of Alicante in Spain.

We have been on holiday in Torrevieja a number of times and then traveled a little further south and lost our hearts in Santiago de la Ribera. Here we found the peace and quiet we were looking for and decided to build our holiday home there.

Our holiday home is named after an insect that everyone knows and that our children love: a ladybug. They love our holiday home.

Since our children are still young and have to attend school, we are limited to the school holidays to enjoy our holiday home. We think it is a shame that Casa de Mariquita will not be used for long periods and in order to offer other people the opportunity to enjoy our holiday home and the peace and climate of Santiago de la Ribera, we have decided to sell our home. rent out.

Casa de Mariquita has a nice living room and kitchen (fully equipped). There is also a heated freshwater private swimming pool that provides the necessary refreshment after a day out or on hot days. There is an outdoor shower and a lovely terrace with a large dining table and awning. The 3 nice, bright bedrooms each have spacious fitted wardrobes and each have their own complete bathroom with towel heating. We then have a lovely large roof terrace with lounge set, large table with 6 chairs and sun canopies (pergola) for when it gets too hot and you prefer some shade.
